Application Checklist

1. ADMISSION DATES

Check the next admission dates and send your documentation at least 3 days before the upcoming admission dates. These dates are available on the programme page of your choice, and on this page.

2. ADMISSION TEST FEE

Pay the admission test fee (75,- Eur) via bank transfer.

Include the proof of payment with the rest of your documentation, when sending in your application.

3. APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION

Three days (3) prior to the admission test, candidates must email the following documents:

• fully completed application form
• copy of degree certificate*
• curriculum vitae
• digital ID photo
• copy of passport or ID document
• Admission fee receipt of € 75 (non-refundable)
• TOEFL/IELTS certificate (optional)
• GMAT/GRE certificate (optional)

Candidates with an international degree are required to send the following further documentation for evaluation:

• copy of degree certificate both in original language and in English*
• transcript of records in English
• diploma supplement (optional)

*Candidates who are not in possession of the degree certificate are required to provide the fully completed Luiss Business School self-declaration form.

4. SCHEDULE YOUR ADMISSION TEST

Once your application is processed, candidates can schedule the admission test, which will take place via WebEx.

5. RESULT

The results of the Admission Test will be shared by email, within one week from the test date.

6. ENROLMENT

After the admission is completed, candidates will be provided with all information about the enrolment.

The Admission Test consists of:

• English Test: two written tests with open and multiple-choice questions.
• Logic Test – Inductive, Numerical, Deductive: one written test with multiple choice questions.
• Personal Interviews: two interviews made of an English language evaluation and an assessment of the academic path and self-motivation.

Exemptions: If you have valid TOEFL/IELTS and/or GMAT/GRE scores you can insert your scores in the application form to be exempted from the English and/or Logic
test. You will still be required to take part in personal interviews.

IELTS and TOEFL
IELTS and TOEFL are two standardised tests of English language skills accepted by most business schools. These tests are not mandatory, and we have no preference for one test over the other. We require a minimum score of IELTS 7.0 and TOEFL 100 as evidence of your advanced English level. If you do not have a TOEFL or IELTS score, you can take the Luiss Business School English test.

GMAT and GRE
GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) and GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) are two standardised tests accepted by most business schools. Both consist of a Verbal and a Quantitative section, and scores are valid for five years from the exam date. These tests are not mandatory, and we have no preference for one test over the other. We do not require a minimum score. The GMAT and GRE scores of admitted applicants vary across classes, however it is very unusual for us to accept candidates with a total GMAT score below 550 and a total GRE score below 145. If you do not have a GMAT or GRE score, you can take the Luiss Business School Logic test through the SHL evaluation tool.
