HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
The Executive Programme in Hospitality Management integrates managerial education with the participants’ professional experiences to train dynamic professionals, able to face the challenges of post-pandemic revival. Now more than ever, hospitality professionals need a broad vision and a renewed managerial preparation to rethink tourism on a new basis, responding to the new and specific needs of customers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The Executive Programme in Hospitality Management is aimed at:
- Owners and managers of small/medium-sized hotels
- Directors and managers of large hotels
- Managers within the administration and management control areas
- Sales and marketing managers
LEARNING OUTCOME
The Executive Programme in Hospitality Management will give you the knowledge and skills to develop strategic plans and to lead and manage change. Participants will acquire a comprehensive view of hotel operation management and new technologies, be able to organise hotel marketing, sales and revenue management, and be able to use accounting and control, as well as asset management tools and frameworks.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
At the end of the programme a certificate of participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the educational activities envisioned by the programme.
The Executive Programme in Hospitality Management lasts 3 months and is composed of 7 modules.
The programme offers a hybrid experience where participants benefit from different scheduling options. You can choose between attending residential modules on campus (at Luiss Business School Amsterdam Hub) or online, according to your personal schedules/preferences. Therefore, lessons will be delivered both on campus in Amsterdam and online.

FEE WAIVERS
Luiss Business School offers several fee waiver options for executive education:
- Any participant who has already attended a Luiss Business School programme or is a Luiss Guido Carli graduate will be entitled to a reduction of 10% of the fee payable.
- Any company or institution that enrols multiple individuals in the same programme will be entitled to a reduction of a 10% the fee payable.
- Any participant who enrols at least 30 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 5% of the fee payable.
- Any participant who enrols at least 60 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 10% of the fee payable.
The above reductions cannot be combined with any other reductions, scholarships or sponsorship support.
APPLICATION PROCESS
As part of the application process for this programme, you will undergo a pre-evaluation to assess your motivation and fit. The pre-evaluation consists of a personal interview and an English test.
