Claudia is a top-rated marketing executive with broad international experience in strategy, innovation, consumer understanding, omnichannel communication, brand management and leadership across multiple categories (food and beverage, FMCG, fashion and sportswear, health tech) and geographies (local, regional and global).

She is also Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School Amsterdam.

Els Van de Water is currently Vice President and Head of HR Patient Safety and Quality at Royal Philips.

Els has extensive global experience with world-class companies in Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services and other industries, helping leaders and organizations develop and transform their leadership, culture and strategy.

She is also Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School Amsterdam.

After completing his studies in industrial electronics, Gianluigi’s professional trajectory developed through computer science and healthcare, in marketing and business jobs and assignments at Olivetti, FileNet, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, and lately at Philips Health Systems.

He has covered national and international responsibilities and roles across ICT Services, Business management, Sales and Marketing. Thanks to his job, he travelled extensively to many different places in North America, Europe, and Australia.
