She is also Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School Amsterdam.
Els Van de Water is currently Vice President and Head of HR Patient Safety and Quality at Royal Philips.
Els has extensive global experience with world-class companies in Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services and other industries, helping leaders and organizations develop and transform their leadership, culture and strategy.
She is also Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School Amsterdam.
After completing his studies in industrial electronics, Gianluigi’s professional trajectory developed through computer science and healthcare, in marketing and business jobs and assignments at Olivetti, FileNet, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, and lately at Philips Health Systems.
